Massive CPU usage by Pulse

description

Image
The processes including non pulse stuff had 100% cpu utilization in total. Afraid I don't have too much to go on, the only thing in the log was this.
03/11/2013 14:24:05 -- Errors -- Error saving object of type 'Pulse.Base.PictureList' to file 'C:\Pulse\Cache\CACHE_-640764800_LocalDirectory.Provider.xml'. Error Details: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Pulse\Cache\CACHE_-640764800_LocalDirectory.Provider.xml' because it is being used by another process.
   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost)
at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize)
   at Pulse.Base.XmlSerializable`1.Save(String path) in c:\Code\Pulse_Code\Pulse\Pulse.Base\XmlSerializable.cs:line 18
Tried exiting with the tray menu. It didn't close for a minute so had to end the task in task manager.

Could add it wasn't changing wallpapers during this time. Maybe it got caught in an infinite loop somehow?

I'm sorry, haven't been able to reproduce this. I do see how it might not close right away, but not sure why there would be the high CPU usage.
